Highgate HQ was founded by Helen Rapley and Lucy Tauber in 2024. 

 

Helen and Lucy met whilst walking their dogs in Waterlow Park and immediately bonded over their mutual love of Highgate and their shared belief in the value of neighbourhood advocacy. ​Together they set up HighgateHQ in 2024. ​​Some of you may recognise Helen who works as a volunteer for a number of our local societies, and is best known for her creative shop windows in the High Street. Helen trained as a medical Doctor, and is now retired. ​Lucy grew up locally and is an Architect and Educator and has a son at a local primary school.
